GREEN KITABISTAN
Communities across the globe are currently enduring the severe consequences of extreme weather, causing widespread destruction to both lives and livelihoods on a daily basis. There is no room for delays, indecisiveness, or half measures from the global community in the mission to limit the global temperature rise to 1.5°C and avert the worst of climate chaos. Immediate and resolute action is imperative for substantial reductions in global greenhouse gas emissions in the next decade and the attainment of net zero emissions by 2050.
Because of our unwavering commitment to protecting the planet, we have launched the GREEN KITABISTAN initiative. This initiative embodies our principle of environmental responsibility, and through it, we will contribute to UN SDG 13, “Combating Climate Change.”
Researching Green Solutions
We are dedicated to researching and promoting green transition solutions from leading countries to encourage sustainable practices. Additionally, we conduct surveys in Azerbaijan to analyze the impacts of climate change, and then share the reports with stakeholders and a broader audience.
Platform for Environmental Leaders
We interview leading climate experts, activists, and diplomats, and share their knowledge and inspiring experiences with the public.
Cultivating Green Dialogue
We organize conferences, panel discussions and events that foster collaboration and spark discussions on building a sustainable future.
Spreading Green Knowledge
We translate essential information and resources on environmental sustainability, making this knowledge accessible to a global audience.
