In 2021 together with Prof. Wolf Linder Sean Mueller has published the book “Swiss Democracy” about direct democracy.
In 2021 this book has been translated into azerbaijanese and published by Kitabistan. Sean Mueller received the Honorary Citizen of Kitabistan award for his precious works on pluralist democracy.
Bioqrafiya
Sean Mueller is Assistant Professor at the Institute of Political Studies, University of Lausanne.
Before that, he was a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Bern and an editorial assistant of the Swiss Political Science Review.
He obtained his PhD in Politics and Government from the University of Kent, UK, in 2013 and his MA from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, in 2006.
His main research areas are Swiss and comparative federalism as well as subnational politics and multilevel governance more broadly.
