The book "Watch the Swiss" is written by authors from different countries around the world. The book deals with the development of Switzerland, regardless of its cultural, religious and racial diversity how it merged and maintained its integrity, about Swiss federalism, direct democracy, and the banking system. We are confident that this book, published in English in 2015, will create the opportunity and desire for everyone who wants to be acquainted with the country that has a unique political system. Another point is that the book "Watch the Swiss" has been presented by the Swiss think tank "Avenir Suisse", and the preface of the book was written by a member of the Swiss Federal Council (2009-2017), Head of the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (2012-2017) Didier Burkhalter. The preface for Azerbaijani readers of the translated Azerbaijani version of the book is written by Philip Stalder, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Swiss Confederation in Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan (2015-2019).
